Each question is scored 0, 1, or 2 against evidence you could show a colleague. The standards belong to the bodies that publish them. This measures readiness against them.
Your responses are anonymous. We collect a brief facility profile (country and region, hospital type, annual births, neonatal unit level, and whether a bereavement lead is in post) along with your results, for research and benchmarking to improve bereavement care. We never collect your hospital's name or any contact information, and results are reported only in aggregate. The hospital name you enter is used only for your own on-screen report and stays on your device. If you later ask us to reach out, your contact details are used only to respond to you.

Your benchmark comparison
Across the units assessed so far, bedside practice averages near 80 percent while infrastructure averages near 40 percent. A low infrastructure score is the expected pattern, not an outlier. It reflects what the institution has built around your team, not how your team cares for families.

The Champion Kit gives you talking points and a one-page ask for your manager, your CNO, or shared governance. The Business Case Model puts a number on the cost your facility already carries in turnover and patient experience exposure. It uses US hospital costs.
Optional
Would rather talk it through first? Twenty minutes, no cost, and nothing to prepare.
We walk your three lowest scoring domains together, name what to build first, second, and third, and identify where each one will meet resistance internally. You leave with the sequence in writing.
No cost, no obligation
There is nothing to buy on the call, and the sequence is yours whether or not anything follows it. Most units take it from there and build internally. If you would rather have the infrastructure work built with you, ask on the call and we will scope it. If you do not ask, we do not raise it.
The email option attaches your results automatically so there is nothing to re-type. Request an Intensive skips the call: use Copy my results as text below, paste them into the form, and your scored roadmap and recorded walkthrough come back within five business days.

Act 346 reaches every Louisiana hospital with a maternity or neonatal unit. It names staff training and connecting families to bereavement services alongside device access. Those two map directly to Domains 03 and 06 of your results above.
A Prioritization Intensive turns this score into a sequenced plan with named owners, a recorded walkthrough, and a one-page summary written for your CNO. No meeting required, delivered within five business days.
